Terms of Service and Fulfilment Policy

Effective Date: 01 January 2026

This Terms of Service and Fulfilment Policy outlines how Wasteland Reborn delivers digital products and services — including VIP perks, priority queue access, custom skins, and other in-game enhancements — following customer purchases. Our goal is to ensure smooth, transparent, and timely delivery of digital items, while complying with applicable UK laws.


Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Instant Delivery: Most digital products are processed automatically. Upon successful purchase, perks are typically applied to your account within 24 hours.

  • Manual Processing: Some items (e.g., custom skins or roles) may require manual intervention. These are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and we will notify you of any expected delays.

  • Custom Skins: We partner with an independent, external texture artist (not in-house) for the creation of custom skins.

    • Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of your request, the artist’s current workload (as they also support other servers and projects), and the number of active orders.
    • Typical turnaround can range from several days to a few weeks. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
    • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes and agree that waiting periods are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
  • Unexpected Delays: In rare cases such as server maintenance, platform outages, or technical errors, delivery may be delayed. We will keep you informed and provide an estimated time of fulfilment where possible.


Delivery Methods

Depending on the nature of the purchased product, delivery may occur through:

  • In-Game Integration: Perks like VIP status or queue priority are automatically linked to your gaming or Discord account.
  • Email Delivery: If applicable, activation codes or instructions will be sent to the email associated with your purchase.
  • Activation Codes: Certain perks may require a redeemable code. Full instructions will be provided.
  • Discord Role Assignment: Some benefits, like exclusive roles or access, are granted directly through our Discord server.

Skin Purchase Policy

In line with Bohemia Interactive’s Monetization Policy:

  • All skins sold through Wasteland Reborn are purely cosmetic and do not offer gameplay advantages.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily remove or adjust skins due to server requirements, game updates, or operational needs.
  • By purchasing skins, you acknowledge:
    • The possibility of future changes in availability or appearance.
    • That delivery of custom skins depends on the external artist’s workload and may take longer than other products.

Custom Skins, Cosmetics, and Intellectual Property

  • All skins and cosmetics sold through Wasteland Reborn are provided as digital cosmetic content only and do not confer gameplay advantages.
  • Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all intellectual property rights in custom skins, artwork, textures, and related files remain with their original creator and/or Wasteland Reborn (as applicable).
  • Purchase of a custom skin or cosmetic grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that cosmetic within the Wasteland Reborn community and services for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • We may remove, disable, replace, or amend cosmetics where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal, moderation, balancing, or policy reasons.
  • If a customer’s access to the community is terminated for breach of rules, the licence to use associated cosmetics within our services also terminates.
  • At our discretion, and only where technically feasible and legally permitted, we may provide the customer with a personal copy/export of a commissioned cosmetic file or files for archival or personal non-commercial purposes. This does not transfer ownership of copyright or grant any right to use, reproduce, publish, sell, or deploy that file on other servers, communities, or services unless expressly agreed in writing.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation: Where digital content or services are supplied promptly after purchase, orders may not be cancelled once fulfilment has begun, subject always to any cancellation rights or remedies required by applicable law.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not offered for delivered digital products, cosmetics, roles, queue priority, or other in-game/community benefits except where required by applicable law, including where digital content or services do not conform to contract.
  • Removal for Rule Breaches: If a customer is suspended, banned, or otherwise removed from the server, Discord, or related services because they breached our rules or policies, they will not be entitled to a refund for revoked or lost access, perks, or cosmetics, except where required by law.
  • Disputes & Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of perks or account access while the matter is reviewed.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly via open communication.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 60 days, disputes will be subject to legal resolution under UK jurisdiction.

Access, Enforcement, and Effect on Purchases

  • Access is Conditional: Any in-game perks, priority queue access, Discord roles, skins, or other digital benefits purchased from Wasteland Reborn Store are provided subject to continued compliance with our server rules, Discord rules, community guidelines, and any applicable platform rules.

  • No Guarantee of Permanent Access: Purchase of any digital item, perk, cosmetic, or role does not guarantee permanent access to our server, Discord, or community services.

  • Suspension or Termination for Rule Breaches: We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove access to any player account, linked account, Steam account, Discord account, or in-game profile where we reasonably believe the user has:

    • cheated or used unauthorised tools, exploits, or modifications;
    • evaded a ban or used alternate accounts to bypass enforcement;
    • engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, chargeback abuse, or other serious misconduct; or
    • otherwise materially breached our rules or policies.
  • Effect on Purchases: Where access is suspended or terminated because of the customer’s breach of our rules or policies, any associated digital products, perks, cosmetics, queue priority, or community benefits may be revoked or disabled, and no refund will be issued except where required by applicable law.

  • No Waiver Due to Spend: Previous purchases, supporter status, or total amounts spent do not exempt any user from moderation or enforcement action.

  • Appeals: A user who believes enforcement action has been taken in error may contact us through our published support channels. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of any decision.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Fulfilment Policy and any associated services are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By using our services, you agree that UK law will govern any disputes arising under this policy.
